Hi! I’m Tracy. I’m a coach, facilitator and consultant that works with people and organizations to grow their personal, professional and creative potential.

I’m currently available for coaching, training and consulting engagements.

After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Communications, I spent several years managing programs and facilitating groups, specifically for youth and women. Over time, I became more fascinated with entrepreneurship and joined the San Francisco tech startup scene. After developing a career in operations and HR, I learned about coaching and attended the Co-Active Training Institute to earn my certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

Working cross-culturally is one of my specialties, and I thrive in international environments.

Many of my clients are expats or work in multi-national organizations.

Originally from San Francisco, California, I am currently based in Europe and work across timezones.

Coaching

I work with individual clients on a regular basis to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. My clients intentionally create or manage change, and grow their capacity for resilience and innovation.

Training and Facilitation

Groups and organizations can take advantage of my facilitation skills through bespoke programs, intensive workshops, and group coaching. My background is in experiential education and adult learning; I am also a certified Wiley DiSC facilitator.

Consulting

Having worked in HR in the US and EMEA, I conduct HR consulting with a focus on employee engagement, retention, change management and career development. I have worked with numerous international startups to guide their People and L+D strategy and implement lasting programs.

Today, I consult for a variety of international companies, coach individuals around the world, and try to leave time for my creative pursuits. When not coaching, I run a small craft and ceramics business.

My top values are creativity, adventure, kindness, curiosity and growth. What are yours?
